All you need to do as a Drover vehicle partner is handle check-in/outs and take care of servicing and maintenance of your cars.
We pay you for every day your vehicle has been booked for in a particular month, even if we haven’t yet received payment from your customer. No payment risk for you.
Fleet Partners remain the owner of the vehicle throughout the booking period. They are responsible for managing and financing all the maintenance and servicing of the vehicle. We can however provide access to our network if the customer doesn’t live near one of your locations
For every booking, a subscription agreement between the Fleet Partner and the Customer is generated online. The minimal term is a monthly rolling contract, however the majority of customers book for longer
The minimum mileage allowance is 800 miles per month, however customers do have the option to purchase additional miles, for an additional charge. These charges are then passed directly onto the Fleet Partner. If the customer goes over their mileage allowance during their booking, an excess mileage fee is charged.
All Fleet Partners must carry out a checkin/out inspection before and after each booking (Drover provides an iOS App for that). If you identify new damage to a vehicle, that was not there before, simply submit an expense request through the Drover platform. We will then vet, approve and pass on the costs to the customer.
